The Schlage 23-030 Figure 8 Full Size Interchangeable Core (FSIC) are full size interchangeable cores are based on the industry standard plug diameter of 1/2" utilizing the same key families as conventional cylinders. Can be replaced and installed without breakdown of the lock.

The technology incorporated into their figure-8 interchangeable core (FSIC) allows for the lock to be rekeyed without disassembling the lock through the use of a control key (not included). This makes it so the core can be removed and re-used with any 5 or 6-pin Schlage key.
