Von Duprin 50814 E996 Solenoid Kit
Von Duprin has come out with a retrofit kit to update your E996 Lever to the M996 Lever. The kit changes out the solenoid for a mortorized version, more robust and uses less current. The newer version can be found by searching for M996.
This solenoid is used on the E996 Electrified Lever Trim. The Solenoid body measures 1-3/8” x 9/16” diameter, mounting bracket has a 3/4” on center hole spacing. The wiring harness has a two wire plug. We some times fine the number 991342 on the solenoid.
New for 2024 Von Duprin has come up with a Mechanical Electrified Conversion kit. This kit converts the EL Solenoid to a Mechanical Electrified Trim.
