Medeco rim and mortise cylinders are precision-machined solid brass and retrofit into virtually any industry standard hardware. Medeco³ rim and mortise cylinders offer strong resistance to unauthorized key duplication, and stand up to drilling, picking, and other forms of attack. A set screw holds the mortise cylinder in place. Rim cylinders are used with auxiliary rim locks such as: surface mounted deadbolts, night latches, panic devices and jimmy-proof locks (interlocking deadbolt).
