The Arrow Lock QL87SB-26D-CS Storeroom Lever Lock is a Grade 1 lock with a freewheeling lever, which is helpful for abuse resistance. It has a two screw installation process, making it incredibly easy and quick to install, and great for replacing or ungrading existing lever locks in commercial applications. It is UL listed and meets all ADA requirements as well. Its latch bolt is operated by the lever on either side, except when the key outside locks outside lever. The inside lever is always free, and the key outside locks/unlocks the outside lever only.
